Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to Pure Organic, accessible from https://pureorganic.com.pk
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- If your return is rejected, we will provide you with a reason for the rejection.
Please note that sale items are non-refundable.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Custom Orders
Please note that custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will happily replace any damaged or defective items, provided that you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and the standard return policy applies.
Policy Updates
Pure Organic reserves the right to update or modify this return and refund policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
